As part of the "Hot runner solution". We also offer a range of cost-effective and reliable temperature control systems for applications ranging from single point to multi-cavity. Our temperature controller is divided into single point temperature controller (FSTC) and multi-point temperature controller (FMTC) two kinds.
Function is introduced
▲ The operation key surface adopts clear button and double row 4 LED display mode, and equipped with LED indicator light to show the running status of the equipment.
▲FUZZY+PID control algorithm, PID parameters can be online automatic setting and manual setting two ways.
▲ Can be set K/J type two thermocouple sensor signal, accurate temperature nonlinear processing and integrated cold end compensation.
▲ Temperature setting and display are available in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit.
▲ Upper temperature alarm function, upper temperature can be set: lower temperature alarm function, lower temperature can be set.
▲ Thermocouple disconnection alarm function, thermocouple disconnection automatic protection.
▲ Equipped with hot runner soft start heating mode, soft start heating power and heating time can be set freely.
▲ In addition to automatic control, the system is also equipped with manual control mode for special heating mode.
TlMER can adjust the gate switch to control the injection flow of the gate. Thus it can change or eliminate the position of weld mark, reduce the shape strength, increase the strength of the product, and finally make the appearance and quality of the product reach the highest use requirements.
